The workshop is entitled INDWELLING. It is a day spent learning to listen deeply within one's own body. I call it embodied spirituality. I am teaching people a variety of meditation practices for being more conscious of the movement of energy (Spirit, feelings) within one's body. I also explain the beliefs that underlie these ways of cultivating awareness in the present moment. My hope is that each participant takes these beliefs and practices into their own lives.

This workshop can be helpful to anyone who habitually avoids bodily awareness. This includes those struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as survivors of trauma in whatever form. It is also helpful for people who tend to live too much "in their heads", and need to learn to live with greater experiential grounding. Some may learn how to stay with the bodily experience of a feeling. Those who tend to live too much in the future or the past may find a way to keep returning themselves to the present moment. The beliefs and practices may also be helpful to individuals who struggle with physical tension or pain, as well as with almost any manner of physical discomfort or symptoms.

Here is some of the feedback from recent workshops:

"This is very helpful in continuing my journey. I can finish my undelt with issues and continue on my spiritual journey without conflicting with my religious beliefs. Your program gave me so many tools."
"There were a couple of meditations, when I looked ahead in the Manual I thought I wouldn't get much out of, but these turned out to be the ones that were most revealing to me."
"I benefited amazingly through the experience of staying with my feeling, especially when I want to flee."
"Your examples of your own story and your guidance was essential and perfect. Thank you. You are a resource gold mine."
"There is a treasure house of material here you have created for us, and it will take me time to absorb and integrate. Thank you for such a gift."
"It is very obvious that you spent a great deal of time and thought on the manual. It was well put together, and useful. I made most of my comments in it after the workshop."
"I would recommend this session to many of my friends and family."

Hopefully you now have a feel for who might benefit from the INDWELLING experience.
